Hole #1
Blue-320yd
White-306yd
Red/Gold-215yd
Breakfast ball collector from Blue/White tee box immediately to the left. Creek runs along the right side of the fairway from 200yds in. Snag a par and start your round off right.
Hole #2
Blue-439yd
White-416yd
Red/Gold-318yd
This hole may look straight forward but the distance will test you. Navigate the fairway avoiding the trees on both sides and par can be yours.
Hole #3
Blue-358yd
White-349yd
Red/Gold-340yd
Going to pull the driver out and try and clear the creek? You might be better served grabbing you driving iron or a wood and playing for a clean approach shot. All depends on the wind that day.
Hole #4
Blue-395yd
White-383yd
Red/Gold-330yd
Need to carry the tee shot 200yds to even have a chance to hit the green in two here. The elevated green and front slope provide a challenging second shot for attacking birdie and par.
Hole #5
Blue-203yd
White-195yd
Red/Gold-152yd
The creek, O.B. on the right and 200 yards to hit the green. Phew, grabbing a par here is worth bragging about.
Hole #6
Blue-503yd
White-485yd
Red/Gold-382yd
The first of two par 5's on the course. Hitting the fairway is only the beginning here. Laying up on the second shot, short of the creek, is usually the play here. No one brags about laying up so you may want to risk trying to carry the creek in 2 and chase glory.
Hole #7
Blue-350yd
White-337yd
Red/Gold-325yd
A dogleg left that's all about leaving yourself a second shot. The largest green on the course awaits you as you attack for birdie or par.
Hole #8
Blue-566yd
White-554yd
Red/Gold-456yd
The second par 5 is the longest hole on the course. An inviting fairway awaits your tee shot and a good second will put you in place to get up and down for a birdie or par at worst. Depending on the wind direction, this hole can play even longer. On those days, par feels like an accomplishment.
Hole #9
Blue-350yd
White-337yd
Red/Gold-325yd
Two ponds a sand trap and O.B. deep. This 140yrd par 3 is just begging you par at worst. But then again...
Hole #10
Blue-358yd
White-346yd
Red/Gold-241yd
Trees, water and an elevated green await you on #10. Precision is paramount to this hole. The crowned green will challenge your spin ability and heaven help you if you have putt above the hole. You've been warned.
Hole #11
Blue-115yd
White-104yd
Red/Gold-93yd
Dwight's signature hole. The trees overhang and a precise shot will be needed if you plan on attempting a par or better.
Hole #12
Blue-361yd
White-347yd
Red/Gold-274yd
Corn/beans on the left (depending on the year) and a miniature Sherwood forest on the right command an accurate tee shot. Scientists are still debating the validity of the gravitational anomaly known as #12 green. Stay below the hole.
Hole #13
Blue-381yd
White-367yd
Red/Gold-335yd
Creek in your sightline and a hill to climb and that's only the tee shot. If you wonder into the trees your second shot will be hindered. Par or better can happen but it'll test your accuracy here.
Hole #14
Blue-384yd
White-375yd
Red/Gold-366yd
To lay up or not to lay up, that is the question. The creek is in a precarious location here, use your best judgment. This two tier green will also test your ability.
Hole #15
Blue-382yd
White-330yd
Red/Gold-257yd
Creek in your sightline, trees left and right, a hill to climb and an elevated green. #15 will test you but will also reward the brave.
Hole #16
Blue-350yd
White-335yd
Red/Gold-298yd
It's straight but the tree lined left side mildly protects against O.B. down the road that leads to our parking lot. Don't go right either, there's a fence, a pond and more trees. Hit the green in two and attack for birdie.
Hole #17
Blue-300yd
White-290yd
Red/Gold-272yd
It's pretty wide open on the right, left will bring trouble and perhaps the creek into play. You then take a shot to the smallest green on the course. This green harkens back to when the course was first constructed. Welcome to 1913 golf.
Hole #18
Blue-421yd
White-407yd
Red/Gold-312yd
The other signature hole in Dwight. This hole will have you use every shot you have. A solid tee shot is needed and then you could go for the green, just mind the pond over on the left hand side. Oh yeah, and the creek. Hit the green, make the putt and get in the clubhouse to regale in your glory.
Course open pending weather closures. Please call for hours and verification of tee times. Clubhouse open at 7:00am daily. Thank you - DCC Management
